Client Reviews

  • “I had a very positive experience working with Amanda from start to end. On day 1 I remember having our first meeting and feeling hesitant, unsure if I wanted to actually pursue therapy. But Amanda was very welcoming and made everything very easy and accessible for me. With my busy graduate school schedule she was also able to shift appointments for me with little notice. This was my 2nd time seeing a therapist and I can truly say that I felt significantly better this time around. Amanda is very engaging, asks thought-provoking questions and listens with genuine intent. I really enjoyed working with Amanda, and felt that I gained something from each visit. The work she puts in definitely shows through the way she practices. I would absolutely recommend her as a trustworthy therapist for anyone seeking therapy.”

  • "Amanda has been my therapist for more than a year now and every time I have a session with her I feel more connected with myself... I always learn something new: a new technique, a new habit I didn't notice before, new ways to handle stress. I've gone through a lot of hardships and every time I get to spend time with Amanda I feel seen and heard... there is nothing more valuable than that. She knows how to listen and when to give constructive advice that will help me move forward. I will forever be grateful to Amanda. She has become an integral part of my every day life and I fully recommend her."
